Dutch Youth: Leave the TV on, I am on the web
Dutch youngsters between the ages of 15 and 24 prefer the internet over the TV according to research from newrulez. Respondents choose the internet 75 minutes longer each day than the TV. However, they do view TV as background entertainment. What may be alarming to TV advertisers is that 30% watch videos on a daily basis over the internet.
